The firm

Courtroom experience defines the way we advise.

Cárdenas Rioseco, Martínez & Asociados was established in Mexico City in 1989 by Raúl F. Cárdenas Rioseco.

From the beginning, the firm has combined specialized litigation, in-depth case study and preventive counsel.

The practice has expanded into the areas that today shape much of Mexico's economic and creative activity.

Our culture

Three principles guide our work.

Technical rigor

No strategy is proposed without statutory grounding and verified case-law criteria.

Candor with the client

From the outset we explain what can be achieved, what the risks are and which outcomes are realistic.

Professional commitment

Practicing law also entails a responsibility toward the profession and toward the training of new generations of lawyers.

Mission

To provide highly specialized legal defense and counsel, with technical rigor and clear communication, protecting our clients' assets, liberty and rights through solutions that withstand judicial scrutiny.

Vision

To be the reference firm in Mexico for matters demanding deep knowledge and serious technical defense, recognized for the quality of its work, the honesty of its advice and the training of lawyers able to uphold that standard.

Every matter calls for its own strategy.
